This Privacy Policy covers the mobile applications published by Vitale Apps, including SET GO!, SnapDose, and NOTICE (the "Apps"). We build our apps around a simple idea: your data belongs to you, and the best place for it is on your own device.

THE SHORT VERSION

• Your data stays on your device unless this policy says otherwise.

• We do not run ads, sell data, or use third-party analytics or tracking.

• No account, email, or password is required to use our Apps.

• Purchases in our paid Apps are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.

• SET GO! has an optional Community feature; if you join, a small amount of information is stored in Apple's iCloud (described below).

• SET GO!'s optional AI Coach sends only your question text and an anonymous training summary to generate an answer — never your identity (described below).

• SnapDose has no online features and stores nothing off your device.

• NOTICE stores your journal on your device and syncs it only through your own private iCloud. We cannot read it. Nothing you write is ever sent to us or to any AI service.

INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

The Apps store the content you create — for example, workout templates, workout history, sets, reps, weights, and settings in SET GO!; your entries and preferences in SnapDose; and your journal entries, reflections, photos, and saved quotes in NOTICE — locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to us or to any third party. Deleting an App deletes its local data (for NOTICE's iCloud copy, see below).

PURCHASES AND FREE TRIALS

Some of our Apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions (with a free introductory trial for eligible customers) and one-time lifetime purchases. NOTICE is free and contains no purchases. All purchases, trials, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. We do not receive or store your name, payment information, or Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

SET GO! COMMUNITY (OPTIONAL)

SET GO! can be used entirely on your device without joining the SETGO Community. If you choose to join:

• You authenticate with Sign in with Apple. We do not request your name or email address. Apple's identifier is stored only in a hashed form that we cannot reverse.

• You choose a public username, which other SETGO members can see.

• To power leaderboards, streaks, badges, challenges, and the activity feed, we store in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit): your username, your community profile, a count of your completed workouts, your streak and badge status, and the "likes" you give or receive.

• We do not upload your workout details — exercises, weights, and reps never leave your device.

• Usernames are screened by automated moderation before becoming public; only the proposed username text is checked.

• You can block or report other members from within the app.

• You can delete your Community account at any time (Community → Profile → Settings → Delete Community Account). This removes your public profile, leaderboard presence, activity, and likes. It does not affect your private on-device workout data or your purchases.

SnapDose and NOTICE do not include Community or any social features.

ASK THE COACH! (OPTIONAL AI FEATURE IN SET GO!)

When you ask the Coach a question, the text of your question — along with an anonymous summary of your recent training (exercise names, weights, and reps only) — is sent to our server, which forwards it to an AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the answer. We never send your name, email, username, Apple ID, purchase information, or any device identifier with these requests. Coach conversations exist only on your device during the current session; they are not stored on our servers and are never linked to your identity. Coach answers are general fitness information, not medical advice.

COACH SELFIE (CAMERA AND PHOTOS IN SET GO!)

The camera is used only to take your Coach selfie, and the photo is created entirely on your device. SET GO! requests add-only access to your photo library, used solely when you tap Save to add your finished selfie. We never read your existing photos, and nothing from the camera or your photo library is ever uploaded anywhere.

NOTICE: YOUR JOURNAL AND ICLOUD SYNC

NOTICE keeps your journal — reflections, photos, completed practices, and saved quotes — on your device, and syncs it across your iPhones using the private database of your own iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit). This private database belongs to you: it is protected by your Apple Account, and Vitale Apps has no ability to read, access, or recover its contents. Deleting an entry in NOTICE removes it from your devices and from your iCloud copy. NOTICE works fully without iCloud; if you are signed out, everything simply stays on your device.

NOTICE: WEATHER AND LOCATION (OPTIONAL)

If you allow location access, NOTICE uses a single approximate location fix, in the moment, to fetch local weather through Apple's WeatherKit — so a rainy day can suggest listening to the rain, and a clear night can suggest finding a star. Your location is used only for this purpose, is never stored, never sent to Vitale Apps, and never shared with anyone other than Apple's weather service. Declining location access simply turns this personalization off.

NOTICE: PHOTOS AND ON-DEVICE INTELLIGENCE

The camera in NOTICE is used only when you choose to attach a photo to a journal entry. Photos are stored privately with your journal (on device and in your private iCloud) and are never uploaded to us or saved to your Camera Roll. Choosing an existing photo uses Apple's photo picker, which shares only the single image you select.

On devices with Apple Intelligence, NOTICE may use Apple's on-device model to help choose which of its own built-in quotes and practices fits your day. This happens entirely on your device. Your journal text, photos, and personal information are never sent to any AI service, on-device or otherwise.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

• No advertising and no ad networks

• No sale or sharing of personal information

• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs

• No access to your contacts or your existing photo library

• No storing or tracking of your location (NOTICE's optional weather feature uses your approximate location in the moment only, as described above)

• No use of your data for AI training

CHILDREN

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
